FUNG SHING 15 Lisle Street, London, England WC2 7BE 44 020 7437 1539 Retro Chinese, lots of Cantonese cuisine at Fung Shing's. The soups could be a meal or order four or five appetizers and call it "lunch." Viewed as the best Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown, Fung Shing serves a broad array of tasty items. The steamed chicken with mango and the crispy beef in spicy sauce are palette tingling! Although more expensive than most Chinese restaurants in London, the service, environment, and food are well worth the price.
