If there’s one thing Portlanders love, it’s sushi. Like many other west coast cities, the fish is almost always fresh and appetizing. There are over 50 places to get sushi in the immediate area, each with a distinctive take on this centuries-old tradition. Already known for some of the best salmon on Earth, you can find great sushi to fit every taste and budget in Portland.
