What better way to show that special someone in your life that you care than to take them to a spectacular brunch. Whether they enjoy heading downtown, into the canyons, or just staying close to home, brunch is an excellent opportunity to say, "I love you."
NO WORRIES CAFÉ AND GRILL Interstate 80 Exit 140 at the top of Parley’s Summit, Park City, UT 84060 (435) 658-5007 Hours: (Mon-Fri) 7 am – 11:30 am; (Sat) 7 am – 12 pm; (Sun) 7 am – 2 pm While you won’t find anything fancy at No Worries Café and Grill, you will find delicious classics cooked to perfection. The easy going diner atmosphere is perfect for a lingering brunch with friends. Take your time as you nibble on large Moose pancakes, steak and eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. Or choose from a list of twenty ingredients to create your own perfectly customized omelet. Located at the top of Parley’s Summit, if you are unfamiliar with the territory it is best to call for directions, and the friendly folks at No Worries Café and Grill will tell you exactly how to get there.

FINN’S 1624 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84105 (801) 467-4000 Hours: (Mon-Sun) Breakfast: 7 am – 3 pm (Mon-Sun) Lunch: 11 am – 3 pm Finn’s parent restaurant at Parley’s Way closed in 1990, and the wait for a new Finn’s has been excruciating. Finn’s reopened for business in the artsy Sugar House district in 2006 to rave reviews, many even calling it the comeback of the year. Finn’s features traditional Scandinavian fare such as pyttipanna, beef with potatoes, fresh vegetables, and topped with a poached egg; fresh market fish; norsk omelet with bay shrimp, capers and havarti; as well as a variety of sweet favorites topped with lingonberries. With all the unique flavors to come from, be prepared to spend time savoring each bite.

RUTH’S DINER 2100 Emigration Canyon, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 (801) 582-5807 Hours: (Sun-Thurs) 8 am – 9 pm; (Fri-Sat) 8 am – 10 pm The spectacular views at Ruth’s Diner are reason enough to drive up the canyon. Luckily, however, the food is just as spectacular. The focus is on real comfort food and family recipes such as Ruth’s famous mile high biscuits and country gravy; crab, eggs, or polenta benedict; banana walnut French toast; thick buttermilk pancakes; and a variety of omelets. If the weather is nice, try dining al fresco and soaking up the mountain vistas. Once you try Ruth’s Diner, you will understand why it has been a local favorite for over 75 years.

Simple yet tasty, the menu at Eggs in the City is none too complicated, but diners never seem to mind. Enjoy bacon, eggs, pancakes, blintzes, oatmeal and fresh pastries, while you chat at your table on the patio. As a relative new comer to the scene, Eggs in the City did not take long to establish itself as a local favorite, especially for those dining with families.

If you're really hungry try The Big Breakfast, which is four eggs over a potato and sausage hash for only $7. Poached salmon and eggs, breakfast burritos, omelets, and huevos rancheros are just a few of the other choices available.

Fresh fruit, corned beef hash, smoked salmon benedict, and french toast are just a few of the offerings here. If you aren't too full afterwards, take a stroll around the beautiful Liberty Park just across the street.

Expect a long line but know it is worth the wait. Brunch is served every Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm. Cost is $22.95 for adults, $7.95 for children ages 6 to 12.

The menu for the Sunday brunch changes weekly. Tasteful examples of the fare include asparagus salad, carved turkey, french toast, omelets, and an enormous dessert selection designed to compliment the menu. Brunch is served from 9 am to 2:30 pm for $23.95 ($12.95 for children).
