BLIND DOG GRILL SUSHI 1781 Sidewinder Dr. Park City, UT 84060 (435) 655-0800 Hours: (Mon-Sun) 5:30-10 pm (hours change to 6-9:30 pm once ski season begins in November) Blind Dog Grill's sushi bar is a Park City favorite with locals and tourists. It's no wonder because some of their rolls sport names reflective of the town. The Jupiter Access roll (a run at one of the local ski resorts) is an inside-out roll with tempura shrimp and spicy tuna. The Prospector roll (reminiscent of Park City's silver mining heritage) contains blue crab, spicy tuna, and avocado.
