www.radiusrestaurant.comIf every dish I ever ate was as wonderful as they foie gras appetizer I had here, I’d think I had died and gone to heaven. This richest of meats was handsomely seared and served with a touch of sweetness via mixed fruits. Luckily I wasn’t paying, because at $26, it was the most expensive first course I’ve ever had. The monkfish was also quite good, tender tufts of the fish, and my host’s loup de mer was amazing, served in a caviar beurre blanc. One of the more unusual I’ve eaten is the olive oil cake here. Service is A-1, not surpisingly.
